Date of Establishment:

Established April 25, 2012 by Ordinance No. 2012-08 and by Ordinance No. 2013-11 expanding the boundaries on October 1, 2013 granting those special powers to the CDD as set forth in Section 190.012(1) and (2)(a) and (d) F.S.

The Development is approximately 109.03 acres located in the center-west area of Broward County in the State of Florida lying within Section 13 of Township 49, South Range 41 East. The North Parcel is bounded on the north side by residential subdivisions by NW 59th Street,      on the south by West Commercial Blvd., on the east by the Florida Turnpike (S.R. 821), on the west by residential subdivisions by NW 71 Avenue.  The South Parcel is bounded on the north side by West Commercial Blvd., on the east and south by the Florida Turnpike (S.R. 821), and on the west side by Rock Island Road.

Water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection system, stormwater system, off-site roadway improvements, on-site roads, public right-of-way improvements, and recreational areas.
